An automatic machine is ideal for packaging any kind of product where a tightly-closedand attractive package is required. The Total Closure 70 machine works with a thermoretractablepolyethylene reel holding single-fold paper. The wrapping of the product takes place as the product advances. Longitudinal closure is achieved by an overlap on the underside of the product. Head closures are formed with lateral folders and are then bar-welded.
The front and rear closure of the package can be carried out with the pen-type closure for packages with a height of less than 100mm, or with fold-type closure for packages taller than 100mm. The standard machine can be fitted with different types of loader in accordance with client and product requirements. In order to finish the job the machine must have a retraction tunnel whose dimensions will depend on the final package size.
The “folded total closure” version is suitable for multiple or tall products when it is important to have compact and resistant packaging.
The “pen total closure” version is suitable for low and long products such as shelves and wood panels. The machine has two diffent method to make the longitudinal welding, by retraction tunnel or by hot air welder.
Retraction tunnel: when you have the necessary of a very tight pack, you can prefer this solution, in whic all wrapped film will be retracted and the longitudinal welding will be effected inside the retraction tunnel.
Hot air sealer: when you need a sort of sack, not excessively tight, you can prefer this solution, in whic the longitudinal welding will be effected for means to an air welder,
during the unwinding phase .
